[Resolved]  Flipkart — Insisting for refund

My relative (Sh. Virender gupta) ordered one mobile handset redime 8 for rs. 8000/- on 21.03.2020 vide order id od[protected] and payment was made online while booking mobile handset. However, due to national lockdown the product could not be delivered. Now, when lockdown has been lifted up, my relative talk to customer care of flipkart with regard to delivery of mobile. Flipkart customer care people asking him to cancel the order and get the refund. But now the same mobile handset is costing for rs. 10000/-. My relative wants delivery of the product as after keeping the money for more than three months they want him to take refund.

Desirable: delivery of product or refund along with compensation so that the same product could be ordered with increased price because default was on part of flipkart in delivery.
