[Resolved] Flipkart — Installation not happened post 8 days of delivering the product | |||||
Ordered a Sony TV from you guys which got delivered on 24 of October, As per communication & commitment from you guys installation would have happened on 27th of Oct, but I am still waiting for the same . Every day I am following up from you guys for installation of my TV and every time you customer care says that it will happen today, and now it's almost 3 days of follow up and even the Diwali festival gone. Yesterday I asked your customer care representative to forward the phone to some senior person and he connected the phone to some other friend/college, after asking who is the senior most with whom I can speak they said that we are the senior most only and nobody else is there. I then asked if you people can't get it installed then refund my money and take your product back, on that also they said we are helpless and can't able to refund the amount once we sell the product to any of the customer. And its really vague explanation which your team is stating to me and now i clearly knows that how you people are cheating the customers by using the brand name and i can assue what kind of customer services you guys providing. This is my last visit for flipkart online shopping and in my life i will never visit and recommend to any of my friends or family. Now with no other option I will have to move consumer court as you people are careless in after sales promised services to your customers, I need resolution by tomorrow noon or else with no other option left I will have to move to consumer court . Jan 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 13, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that it has been a pathetic side from Flipkart he didn't get any help from Flipkart regarding the installation so his friend is working in sony he had arranged the installation. So apologies to customer regarding the issue and informed to him that we will look into it that such things does not gets repeat again in future. Customer said there should be a esclalation matrix in the app where customer can raise there complain. So informed to customer that we will definitely take up your feedback so that it can be done on our app.
