[Resolved] Flipkart — installation pending - hometown missouri engineered wood tv unit | |||
I had purchased a tv unit from flipkart on[protected] and the bill was prepaid using my credit card. The product was delivered on[protected]. Flipkart has updated the status of the order as installation completed on 02-may-2019. But till date ie[protected] no one has called me from home town, the seller in flipkart for the installation. On 2nd of may itself i had informed flipkart regarding the issue and they assured me that the issue will be solved with in 24 hours. Almost daily i'm calling up flipkart's call center and has failed to get a positive response till now. I even called up home towns call center and they are also unable to solve the issue. I have paid for the product one month back and the product is still not installed. I am getting a call from flipkart customer care executive asking whether the installation is completed yet? They don't have any coordination with their seller and i might add they are cheating their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
