[Resolved]  Flipkart — intentionally delaying to deliver product

I have ordered redmi note 5 pro in exchange with moto g4 plus (Order id-od[protected] on 11/10/18. Ecart boy has came to me on 14/10/18 to deliver the product but he refused to accept my older one which was beyond the flipkart t&c. I have called to flipkart help line they assured me over call that i will get my product within 17/10/18. Butvon that day a mail has been sent to me to send some pics of the phone. After that i have called flipkart helpline that now i am not interested to exchange my old phone and i will pay the exchange value and a fake promise given from them that i will get my new mobile on 18/10/18, 7:00 pm. After that i have called several times (Approx 15 times) that i don't want to exchange my older one and i will pay the extra amount but intentionally they are delaying to deliver my product. Every time new date has been given to me though the product is still now at the nearest hub. Now i need the solution within 24 hours.
