Dear Flipkart Customer care, I have ordered the Redmi Note 7 Pro in flipkart online on date: 25.10.19 with the order ID : OD[protected] and flipkart send the message : Your Redmi note 7 pro has been shipped and will be delivered by 01.11.19. DRAMA by flipkart : on Date: 02.11.19 received the message from flipkart : we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. we will resolve your problem by 06.11.19( note: i don't aware and not raised ). DRAMA by flipkart : received message on 06.11.19, issue resolved : has your issue been resolved ? we hope you are happy with the resolution provided. you can manage your issue and give feedback. DRAMA by flipkart : order cancelled without any information. This is very irresponsible and cheating customer. we are wasting time to buy online like Flipkart. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 06 Nov 19 and it will be reflected in your bank account by 14 Nov 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
