[Resolved] Flipkart — irrelevant product received | |||
I booked temper glass for redmi note 5 but received some other temper glass which is bigger than my mobile size. Now a days why flipkart charing more on delivery even when my order is more than 500rs. As per ur terms and conditions i cant able to return the product. If i received wrong product i should get refund and return the product but why putting rules as favourable to dealers who sents incorrect product. This is not my mistake why should i lose my money 175rupees. Kindly take action and replace the product or this will be my last order in flipkart. Really very bad service in flipkart where you can check the product what dealer is sending to your customers and also late delivery with delivery charges. Very unsatisfactory...
