[Resolved] Flipkart — irresponsibility from flipkart | |||||
I ordered an intex 10000mah power bank in flipkart, but i got an used one it looks like an old one, so i returned the product in flipkart, but flipkart says they can't pick up from my pin code, previously i ordered and returned other product from flipkart there is no issue for my pin code or my place for the pickup. i contacted many times to customer care, they didn't take seriousness to my issue, concerned team is not contacted me, still the old power bank that they send to me is still in my hand. they didn't find a perfect solution for this issue. i want to raise complaint against flipkart irresponsibility .
