Sir, I ordered a mobile infinix hot 8 on 12th october 2019 at 12:00 am sale on flipkart against order id : od[protected] by prepaid payment. At the time of order it was showing that the mobile will be shipped on 12th october 2019 but till today it is showing the same status and the mobile is still not shipped. I don't know where the mobile is and when it will be shipped or delivered. You are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.
