[Resolved] Flipkart — issue regarding od[protected] and weird responses from customer support | |||
Hi, I have placed an order for lenevo k8 (Od[protected] on 26th nov. Even after opting for one day delivery option, i have not received the order yet. Customer team is making false promises with eod status update, but nothing is happening. I am the one who is calling them and asking updates. No one has clear cut understanding about handling customers and trying to push the ball away from their court. This made me think about canceling the product. I always prefer ordering from flipkart. But now it made me think about not using flipkart again. One of the response i got from customer support that amazon is far bigger than flipkart and cant be compared with their services and amazon is having best services as they are big. I was shocked to listen this. With this kind of attitude within employees, how flipkart is going to compete and survive against amazon. Even weird responses from customer support will make customer to move away from flipkart. I am not sure if i continue with flipkart in future but i thought of bringing employees ' attitude and understanding of flipkart core values. With this bad experience with flipkart, i would suggest you to make at least support team more professional and responsive rather than pushing ball here and there.
