Flipkart — Issue regarding return of Dell Laptop purchased from FLipkart | |
I had made the return request for Dell Laptop(Dell Inspiron 3000 APU Dual Core A9 - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) 3595 Laptop (14 inch, Silver, 2.2 kg, With MS Office) which I had purchased from Flipkart . My request was rejected twice without confirming anything from my end. I was not informed before the return request was cancelled and the procedure, which involved a technician visit to assess the laptop, was also not carried out. I reached out to the support system (Flipkart Customer support)stating my concerns but they refused to escalate my issue to Dell or give me in written that my request would not be cancelled without taking my confirmation. Moreover, I also reached out to Dell but they did nit get back to me with a proper resolution. Was this information helpful? | |
