Flipkart — issue relating to online payment

My name is ashik my registered mobile number with flipkart is [protected], mail id: [protected]@gmail.com.

From last republic day sales i have been facing issues relating to all online mode of payment. I have complaint for then six or seven times but still i have not received a proper solution they simply map the your issue has been resolved they don't even call me i personally call them after the said waiting period of each complaint then they book as new complaint and the process going on. I have sent multiple screenshots, video of the issue that i am facing. When ever i select any online payment method it is showing "transaction was declined on the basic of risk check".

Due to this i am not even able to pay flipkart pay later outstanding amount which must due on 10th of this month. Now the late fee has been applied to the overall outstanding amount. (Which is not my liability as i have complained multiple times for a proper resolution). It had been more than one month now and still the issue is as such i am not able to use online payment method for shipping as well as to pay flipkart paylater outstanding amount.

So kindly look into the issue and make proper resolution of provide alternative way to pay off the outstanding due (Only the amount which i have used i will not pay the late fee because the issue is not from my end as i am able to use the same card and netbanking facility on all other online platforms)
