Flipkart — issue with exchange/return of damaged product received | |||
I bought a jbl wireless bluetooth headphone from flipkart on august 7, 2020 and received product on august 13, 2020. On receiving i found the product was an already opened piece and seal didn't look fresh. Upon opening further and checked the headphones, found the ear padding was damaged and it will completely worn out if we use for a week. Hence i requested for return/exchange on aug 13, 2020. On aug 14 flipkart raised return request and on aug16th jeeves technician visited to inspect and agreed it's damaged product. But on 16th aug, i got message that return rejected with comment as "problem solved by troubleshooting". From aug 16 till today (26th august, 2020) i'm chasing flipkart for return/exchange but no proper response / resolution. Looking for some help Regards, Suresh Was this information helpful? | |||
