[Resolved] Flipkart — Issue with my return in Flipkart order# OD[protected] | |||
Hello, I have ordered Lenovo ThinkPad E15 laptop from Flipkart on 16th Sep 2021 then found that the product is not the one mentioned in the Flipkart app. So I have raised the return on Sep 23, 2021. The Product should have been picked by 27th Sep 2021 but without my knowledge, the customer care guy from Flipkart canceled my return and created a new one on the same day. As per the new return, the product should have been picked by 6th Oct 2021. Despite following up with the customer care guys from Flipkart (spoke with the customer care team more than 100 times explaining the issues with the return again and again with different people each time), the product is still not picked up. Can someone please help me with the pickup and the refund of my original amount of Rs 96689.0/- back to my account. I am a Flipkart Plus customer and using Flipkart since 2013. I never faced this kind of worst experience ever in my life. Please do the needful at the earliest.
