[Resolved] Flipkart — issue with product installation by flipkart after delivery | |
I purchased a refrigerator which is delivered on 12 oct 19 but still no progress on installation, for that i contacted to flipkart customer care they have given me flipkart service partner jeeves customer care no, then i have called jeeves customer care they have told no information about installation of product. It has been 6 days since product delivered but no installation. Earlier flipkart has given 13 oct 19 for visit of technician for installation then again 16 oct 19 but still no progress. Verified Support Dec 26, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the installation and demo is not completed. We have interacted with the customer and customer confirmed that the installation and demo is completed Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
