Flipkart — Issue with Return request

This is regarding order number : OD[protected].

I had raised the return request within the return window and the return request was cancelled without my intimation. And now they say nothing can be done because return policy is over.

I had paid 1310 for this and i need my refund as I am not able to use the product due to size issue.
