Flipkart — Issues for not exchanging the phone

I purchased a lenovo k900 phone online from Flipkart on the 12.05.2014 EMI number [protected] the phone is heating up i have a 30 day return or exchange policy as per the website so i called then after 2 days o[censored]sing the phone they are not even contacting me to solve the issues is have contacted them over 10 time and they says the someone will contact me from the technical department and it will be over 30days like this and then they might say me that it is over 30 days
