[Resolved]  Flipkart — it is about their pathetic service

I ordered a set of 3 bottles i. E. Cello h2o fridge bottle. One of that was broken so i placed a replacement request than their wish master from "ekart logistics" came to deliver the bottle but when i said it is a replacement request than he said i can only see a delivery request not a replacement request so he said "i will deliver it within next one or two days", so i said ok, after that he started cancelling the request from his own without calling me or without trying to deliver the product. (If they says that they have tried to call and was not able to reach me that will be a lie coz i have missed call alert service active) than i called flipkart for the first time to inform about the scenario the guy told that in these type of cases we do not take the original item back instead of that we just deliver the new product that is why the guy could only see the delivery request from his end than i said that is ok, please inform the guy same thing and ask to deliver my product but the guy kept on rejecting the delivery and i kept on calling flipkart i talked to three mangers as well first's name was alfred he promised me that my product will be delivered by 30 august but that did not happen than i again called flipkart and requested for a "refund" this time a had a word with tushar he promised that i will have my money back within two business days but also did not happen i again called flipkart the girl said it will take 6 business days for the refund to reflect in my account than i waited for 6 days and checked today it shows "refund complete" on their website (I have also attached the screenshot) than i called flipkart again two times they disconnected my call than third time the said that their service are down please call us back again after 2 hours i called back after 5 minutes and had a word with another manager her name was purvi now what she said was pathetic. According to her the seller has refunded the money on 4 september and it would again take 6 business days to reflect in my account as per my understanding maximum time to reflect the money in the account is two business days still i waited for 6 days now they are asking me to wait more 6 days. I am very disappointed with this type of service.
