[Resolved] Flipkart — item cancelled by seller | |
I ordered a television MarQ by Flipkart Innoview 61cm (24 inch) Full HD LED TV on 11th August. Its offer price was Rs 499. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But on 12th August the order got automatically cancelled with an excuse that it is out of stock. Verified Support Aug 14, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We're sorry to let you know that your order for MarQ by Flipkart Innoview 61cm (24 inches) Full HD LED TV has been canceled by the seller as its price was incorrectly listed by them on the website and app. This has now been corrected and you can place a fresh order for it if you want. To thank you for your understanding, the seller has added Rs 1000 to the Gift Card section of your Flipkart account as a token of apology. Hence, we are closing this complaint from our end. | |
