Flipkart — Item not delivered, but status showing is delivered | |||||
Myself Rajat Kumar Gupta, [protected] My complaint is about the courier partner, who cheat their customer by selling the product to other person, & the status shows delivered I have ordered a SAMSUNG Galaxy ON 8 Mobile phone on Thursday 6Oct during the BIG BILLION DAYS Sale. I got a heavy discount. Order No. OD[protected] On 7th Oct, i got a message that the item has been packed & dispatched. and the date given for delivery is 8th Oct. So i was expecting the product to be delivered, but all of sudden i receive a mess that the product has been delivered. i was shocked because the item was not delivered to me, rather to somebody else.
