[Resolved] Flipkart — item not delivered by ekart logistics | |||
I have ordered a mobile phone from filipkart on 3rd aug 2017 and the expected delivery date was in between in 8th and 9th august. But today[protected] when i tracked the status, it is showing that the item has been reached near my city and cannot be delivered to my address (Out of delivery area). I have given my mobile number when ordered this item but e kart logistics didn't contacted me. Ever address and contact of ekart logistics is not showing in net for contacting them. Verified Support Aug 14, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained for product delivery. We interacted and informed that shipment was delivered. Hence closing the case.
