[Resolved]  Flipkart — Item not returned

Complain on flipkart. Order id: od[protected] amount paid 7, 350 dated 17th april. Item : mobile phone samsung j2 i received a faulty product and instantly i raised the return request but till now no action is taken. Till now it is showing that "your request is being processed". Flipkart call centre confirmed me that their engineer will visit to look on my mobile but nobody called me yet. Now i want full refund, no more product from flipkart.

We had arranged the tech visit but customer didn't receive our call. Hence, we are closing the complaint and the product is now not under 10 days replacement policy.
