[Resolved] Flipkart — Item was missing from the package | |
I orderd an earphones from flipkart worth Rs.2000 .I received my package on 6th of July but when I opened the package the item was missing, I received an empty box after this I immediately called flipkart customer care and they said Ma'am don't worry we understand your concern, one of our executive will call you and will surely help .Its been 5 days and I haven't received any call from them and everytime when I call they keep repeating the same thing . I ordered boult audio airbass Tru5ive bluetooth headset My order id is:- OB[protected] Return id:-[protected] Now they have rejected my refund request and when I asked the reason they said ma'am we haven't closed it yet we're still working on it and will contact you soon.
