[Resolved] Flipkart — It's regarding my account blockage | |
I'm a loyal customer of flipkart since 2015. And I'm Flipkart plus member since 3-4 years. On Thursday June 10th 2021 my flipkart account has been blocked and I'm not able to login into it. Without any reason any mails or any calls they have blocked my account . I have contacted customer service and via mail but there is no such response from support team. After 2 days I received a mail saying that "We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been canceled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account". Most of products nearly 70-80% are delivered to my home address and you can check in my order section .All meant for my own personal use and my friends relatives and cousins.And I'm not a reseller too.pleaee check and help me out.
