[Resolved] Flipkart — jbl t250si automatic cancellation | |||
I ordered a headfone jblt250si on 1st december mrp 2499. It's offer price was 389 including 40 delivery charges but yesterday on monday december 4th 2017 i received a message that your refund of 389 has been successfully processed. It means my order was cancelled without any reason i made a successful payment through phonepe app but i don't know why company cancelled my order. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 11, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We informed customer that the order was cancelled by the seller due to price error and also provided Rs.100 as a token of apology hence, closing the complaint.
