Flipkart — Kelvinator washing machine defective piece sent by flipkart | |||
I had ordered a kelvinator washing machine from flipkart worth rs 10490 on 13th april 2016. It was sold by their own seller ws retail. It worked fine for 6-7 times then suddenly i started getting some strange noise during water drainage and this problem came within a month (Around 8th-9th may). I raised a complaint with flipkart during the last few days of their 30 days return period and some engineer visited me after that period was over. Also, after visiting he said there is power fluctuation problem and there is no problem with the machine. When i again used it the next time and this time i had bought a stabilizer worth rs.3000 and still got the problem, i raised a complaint again with the service center this time as the 30day period was over with flipkart. When the same person came and checked this time with the stabilizer, he said there is a problem with the gear and it needs to be changed. It'll be done free of cost as the machine is in warranty period otherwise it costs 4500 to change it. Just because the machine is in warranty, i do not have to pay extra charges but it is such a pain chasing the service center people (As i'm in chennai they just speak tamil and making them understand in english/hindi is another pain of getting the work done). My machine is still lying without being serviced and it's the pain flipkart has caused chasing everyone and staying alone being a girl. Please stop selling defective goods. I hardly used the machine for 6-7 times in those 3 weeks and i started getting the problem. The service center guys want to check it again and again and it's still not repaired and i have heaps of clothes to be washed. When the service center guy came the second time to check it he said that the defective piece was sent to you and the problem is not because of power fluctuation or anything but the piece itself is defective. When i called you guys you simply said the engineer visited you and there was no problem. When the engineer cannot detect the problem in the first time it's not my mistake. This was one complaint. The last time i ordered 32 gb memory card from flipkart again. The packet was properly sealed but when i opened the packet, there was no memory card inside. Someone had removed the card before packing the item. I had heard of online frauds but experienced it for the first time. Thank god they sent another memory card but again it's negligence from their end causing problem to the customer. Very unhappy with the experiences i've had shopping with flipkart.
