[Resolved] Flipkart — kemei km-3005a not repaired | |||
I purchased kemei km-3005a from flipkart under 1 year kemei india warranty on jan 2th. It stopped working despite charging 8 hrs. I contacted the retailer as advised by flipkart regarding same. I submitted original invoice, online invoice etc as per their wish through email. They also accepted documents on april 26. After that they stopped communicating and have not replaced my trimmer yet. Despite calling and mailing for the same. I hope they either refund my money or replace this trimmer.
