[Resolved] Flipkart — Keypad not working | |||||
I have purchased lenovo vibe k plus 3 gb gold 16gb, sl. No.[protected] vide inv. Nofoyq[protected] dt.8.9.16 for rs.8, 499/- but from the last several days it key pad is not working, resulting i am not able to operate it and facing a lot of problems. Verified Support Jul 14, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, requested customer to get in touch with the ASC, for the issue with the phone. Customer agreed and wanted the sc details, when checked with the pincode could not find. But found several SC in Delhi, informed customer we will send it in mail the details. Customer agreed and attached in mail and sent the details. Hence closing the case.
