Hello Team, This is with regard to order # OD[protected]. The product was purchased on 1st Nov and delivered on 7th Nov. The installation of the same product was complete by 9th Nov. Immediately after the installation, we noticed a considerable gap between the Bezel/frame and the TV display. We have contacted Jeeves executive (Installation team) and they confirmed on 11th Nov that the product is damaged and requires a replacement. When we tried to replace the product, there was only an option of return. Hence we contacted flipkart for replacement but in Vain. They suggest us to return this product and rebook and replacement option is not available. However the same product was bought on sale and now the new price is significantly higher for rebooking. Availing a replacement for a damaged product is the basic right for any individual and I request Flipkart to support us in this regard. Please arrange us a replacement of the same product.
