[Resolved] Flipkart — laptop ordered on 11th october 2018 not delivered yet and complaint has been marked as. resolved wrongly | |||
I had booked laptop and make payment for the same as on 11th oct but till 1st nov my product has not been shipped. Have made too much folliw up but their helpdesk execuitives also can not track the product. Amazon is far better than flipkart. I had also contacted their grievence officer but no resolution till date. They had also closed my earlier complaint as resolved which is pending till date.
