[Resolved]  Flipkart — late delivery, no clarity of terms and condition, on website unfair manner of doing business

First they didn't deliver the product, then promised to deliver on a particular date, then they promised delivery at work address on non working day but didn't pick up the phone while i came to work address on a non working day
On exchange offer they refused to take product for minor damages, while they had earlier asked me to reset all data. I even offered to pay the exchange amount but they didn't agree
The customer care executive rahul sharma was very stubborn, with the sole purpose of rejecting all complaints. He made some personal comments, and was not even ready to listen to the fact that late delivery is their fault
Their new scam is that flipkart and ekart are different companies and they keep blaming each other for their issues.
Worst experience ever.
Product was mi note 5 pro and i had spent substantial sale trying to get it in a flash sale

Ear phones are not working properly, there is cacophonous sound while using it also causing irritation .

My flipkart account is deactivate.so I want to reopen my account.
I did a payment of ₹14999 from Flipkart of Xiaomi Note 5 pro, I did card payment and transaction was successful yet didn't got the order status...
