[Resolved] Flipkart — Late shipment and delivery of item | |
I ordered a Motorola G60 on Sunday 3rd October in big billion sale. I was supposed to receive the item today on 5th October but as of now, the item still hasn't been shipped. It keeps showing that - item is waiting to be picked up by courier partner. I have raised a complaint but there's been no response yet. I really need it for my online classes and any delay would greatly hamper my studies.

Oct 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Received a call from customer support and told them I don't want to cancel my order. They understood my stand and delivered the phone five days later than the delivery date. Even though it was late, I'm glad that I got my phone and I'm happy that flipkart kept their promise. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 06, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.

I don't want to cancel my order. I really do need this phone. It's so hard to even get a call back from customer support. I mean what's the point of having a customer support when you can't even listen to a customer? I want my order. I don't care about anything else.
