Flipkart — Le eco le2 mobile handset | |||||
I ordered an le eco le2 mobile from flipkart on 11th aug 2016 and got the confirmation that i can pick it from their jaipur hub on the 16th of aug 2016. On going there i was made to sit for 2 hours on the plea that some god forsaken thing called the apr was not working so they cannot give my product to me. Someone at ekart logistics assured me that i will be delivered the product at my house as soon as the apr problem was sorted which was to be latest by the evening. At the time of wring this, i am still without my product and even an apology was not forthcoming from the logistics co or flipkart. This tardy behaviour towards your customers will not earn you laurels, flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
