Sir, I am guru from mysore, as per above subject i rechived tcl tv on[protected]. But problem is flipkart cheated customer due to mentioned wrong information and specification in website and application about led tv model no tcl l24d2900 led tv. Flipkart metioned this is full hd tv but this is not full hd this ready hd tv. When I contact Customer care again he was telling as per our policies no exchange and no refund and also taking long time for update.alredy 3 days over, Flipkart not taking correct decision for this issue . Flipkart telling again and again wait for update for this issue.
