Flipkart — Lenovo 600 plus faulty HandSet not returning order - OD[protected]

Hi All, I had order lenovo 600 plus on 5 may at sale but i got the faulty handset which not working perfaclty and i am tried to tell to flipkart executive since 9 may but no one want to give any solution. I am having issue with this phone because battery is to much heat up and i am getting voice clearly all time not even single time. i raised request and with out any solution they close my request i had called many time to Customer care but to appropirate response. so i am suggesting to all guy please dont go on line shopping with flipkart. this response i got from the flip kart We regret to inform you that your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected] has been disapproved.
