Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased Lenovo K3 Note from your website on 1st December 2015 my order number is OD[protected]. I am facing Hardware and Software issue, My Battery is draining continuously today I had 70% or charge in morning till noon it came down 23% and If I talk to 10 mins it catches heat. In software issue, I get errors like Lenovo Launcher Stopped Working… And from flipkart its 28th day and my request is being rejected. 1) Replacement (Return ID:[protected] REJECTED We're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request. Reason : The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no replacement or refund. Please refer to flipkart return policy. Seller didn’t call me how my request is solved and rejected….??? 2) Replacement (Return ID:[protected] REJECTED We're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request Either give me solution or replacement or refund, why my request is being rejected today is only 28th Day since my purchase… 3) Replacement (Return ID:[protected] – REQUESTED We're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request. Reason : We have shared troubleshooting steps to solve your problem. Please refer to flipkart return policy I have placed another request till I get solution. Today I am facing another issue, I placed phone for charging yesterday at 11pm at alarm of 5 am I woke up and battery was 100% and till 9am it was in standby and it became 27%... is Flipkart forcing my to purchase Power Bank ??? Another thing they are insisting for installing Smart Chk App... but when I visit that website it gives me an error that OS is not supported... No flipkart wants to visit Lenova Service Center... how ridiculous that I have to solve my problem my own even I am getting defective piece... Verified Support Dec 30, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed that replacement for the product has been already arranged and it will be delivered on or before January 04, 2016. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.
