Very Bad Delivery service. After numerous follow-ups and escalations, they were completely not interested in delivering and missing their own commitments. Very rude and lying staff. not interested in doing their own duties with poor management of their complaints process. Never had this kind of trouble earlier with flipkart in the past but this was their current status of service. very deplorable and non receptive. Seems they have a policy of spit and lick. Never order for their fast delivery option. They only dupe customers with wrong commitments and no ownership in any department. Was this information helpful? | |||||
