Hi. This is prashanth reddy. My order no is od[protected]. I booked lenovo k8 plus in big billion days on 24th september. And i was supposed to receive it on 4th october. But today on 27th i received message that my order has been cancelled. Immediately i called flipkart customer care, they told me that seller cancelled it due to no stock available. But at the time of booking it was available. If i would be knowing, i could buy from any other source. Pls help in this issue. This is a case of fraud by flipkart. Many people like me have faced same issue with flipkart. I want the same item on same damn price tag i have ordered. Else i will move to consumer forum. Lets break them. How many times they use the same technical glitch tantrum. Every big billion sale we people are wasting our time and spending hours checking the deals. I want my time back. Flipkart... U r completely screwed.

Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the order cancellation. We had interacted with the customer and asked him/her to place fresh order to avail same offer before 04/10/2017 and customer placed the order for the same and him/her got the same offer and shipment is delivered to the customer. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
