[Resolved] Flipkart — lenovo k8 plus phone | |||
Order id:- od[protected] I received phone on 21st november and got selfie camera issue on 22nd november which is totally disappointing. I tried contacting flipkart and lenovo service center but couldn't get any response. It's been 10 days but no resolution even 2 time replacement request has been rejected without any proper reason. I just wanted to return product on which either provide new phone or refund, anything is fine! Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 30, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint because he was facing issue with the product. We interacted with the customer and arrange for the technician visit. Technician visit was not completed as per the timeline so we approve the request for refund. Product picked up and customer got the refund hence closing the complaint from our end.
