[Resolved] Flipkart — lenovo k8 plus replacement issue | |||
I had ordered lenovo k8 plus which was delivered without a sim card tray on 10th october 2017. When i applied for replacement i was asked to courier the defective product to the bangalore warehouse address. The product has been delivered by dtdc on 18th october 2017 but even now the replacement has not reached me. Infact there has been no update regarding it by flipkart. Since the mobile is purchased on exchange offer i am currently not having a phone with me and flipkart is irresponsibly telling me that the seller has not updated the details yet and that they cannot do anything about it. Firstly they have taken my old mobile that i gave as exchange plus rs 3000 and supplied me with a defective mobile and now they have taken the defective mobile as well. This is open robbery.
