Dear team, Kindly note that i have purchased lenovo k8 plus mobile from flipkart on dated 21'sept'17, so now i am facing problems in touch screen hanging.. Note - i have discussed with customer care executive but they are denied your mobile is not exchange because your phone got it over the policy. So plz see and resolve on this issue. Verified Support Nov 21, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the defective device. We had interacted with the customer and asked him to visit the authorized service center for claiming a warranty and customer has reported the issue post 10 days of replacement policy. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
