[Resolved] Flipkart — Lenovo Laptop defect piece issued and replacement is not done after requesting multiple times. | |||||
I am Ratna kumar, I have bought a Lenovo Laptop (80TR0034IH Ideapad 110 Notebook)from Flipkart on 19th of March 2017. What I got was a defect piece, which does not have a battery backup. Hardly would last for 90 to 100 minutes, when fully charged and the screen brightness does not change. I have contacted the Flipkart Customer care, they have arranged a tech visit and a replacement. As I am working, I have told them my feasible timings very specifically multiple times. But they did not heed to my request and made the tech visit in my working hours where I can not even take the calls. So I again called up the Customer care guys and asked to raise a TICKET so that my issue would be solved with a high priority as they are having the 10 days of replacement policy. When I asked them to raise the ticket they said that they need to transfer the call to their superiors and what they did was they disconnected my call after few minutes. This has happened 2 times. When they finally transfered the call to their superiors, this guy said that "I am raising a ticket, and would solve the issue in 24 hours" but what actually happened is he did not raise a ticket and issue is still pending, If they have raised a ticket I should have got the TICKET NUMBER to my registered Mobile number and email address, which I haven't. Earlier tech visit happened a day before the scheduled date and submitted the report saying "the customer is not answering the call and hence the replacement is cancelled". And now when I asked for a concerned date that is on 24 of march (friday). They said that they cannot do that as the visit is scheduled on 26 of march 2017 and that too on SUNDAY. So by 29th of March 2017 the 10 days of replacement policy will complete. And when I ask them, they will simply say that they cannot do anything as their policy of 10 days of replacement has been completed. This Flipkart has made me buy a Defect piece for 25999/-. And made me Loose my Money. Shame on you Flipkart. This amount might not be nothing for you, but it costs me a lot. So you made me realize that Online shopping on Flipkart is the worst thing to do in my Life. Regretting. Was this information helpful? | |||||
