I have purchased lenovo mobile vibe k5 which was delivered on 25th of july. Its been only 12 days and the speaker of mobile is not working. I have also reported this error to executive officer but didn't received any kind of satisfying action. Whom should i ask for help and who is responsible plz do let me know. I have paid for this mobile and now i want my money back. Plz don't write assured on items if you can't give assurance to consumers... We are not fools. Kindly take pain to resolve my problem as soon as possible and let me also tell you that i m not at all satisfied with the product and services. Verified Support Aug 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, as per the policy, customer have to come to us within the replacement policy to get the issue resolved. If customer faces the issue in the product after the replacement policy, cx have to get in touch with the Authorized service center.
