[Resolved] Flipkart — Lenovo Vibe K5 note return | |||
His is to bring into your notice that I had purchased a mobile phone (Lenovo Vibe K5 Note (Grey, 32 GB)) through Flipkart for rupees 11, 9999 on 11 January 2017. Since the day I have received the device, I have been reaching out to the flipkart team to return it back as the quality of the camera is very bad. As per specification, this device has 13 mega pixel camera but all pixel get distorted when we enlarge the photo to 1x Since 11 January 2017, I have been requesting to return my hard earned money but every time I am getting an assurance for technician visit or replacement of device. These assurance is not satisfying either ways as they want to sell their cheap product in either ways. Its been 16 days, I am just getting assurance not a solution. I have been cheated on this and want your help to get my hard earned money back from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
