I order the LENOVO VIBE X2 mobile on[protected], after the delivery i use my mobile but i having lot of issues in the mobile like hanging, tower problem, charging issues currently new problem is touch screen shows orange colour circle on top of my mobile display, totally disoppoint with this mobile from when i bought the mobile now i contact to local lenovo service centre and service team checked my mobile and told me no water & physical damage is on mobile we will take a mobile for service and tell you within 20 days, but service centre executive give the job sheet with conditions apply. i am totally irritated and leave from the place now having the job sheet for my mobile, due to my profession i need a urgent service for mobile i will not wait for 20 hell days because mobile is important for my job. so kindly fix the issue as soon as possible otherwise i will take the legal action with the support of my consumer product lawyers because i using the mobile approx 60 days whats the quality i really not sacrifice with this product replace me the mobile asap dont need a all service for my new mobile so kindly take serious of this issue & dont need of my old mobile piece i will surely need the new piece Order ID: OD[protected] Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected] Sold By : WS Retail Services Pvt. Spoke to customer, he states that cannot wait 20 days for service and wants replacement. Informed him to wait 20 days because 30 days replacement has been crossed. We need a confirmation from ASC for replacement. Customer agreed and he will wait for 20 days.
