i was received a lenovo vibe x2 from flipkart, , and i was face lot of problm with that mobile so flipkart will replace my mobile, , , at the time of replacing the mobile i was called to customer care of flipkart and one of the executer his name is santosh he told me that sir you will receive the battery backup case with your mobile but i didnt receive that, , then again i gave a complaint then one of the executer will call me his name is (ohmed) he talk very rashly with me, , , and told me that no sir we will not provide any battery backup case to you, if you want we will arrange a call back to you but still i didnt receive any call from flipkart, , , what kind of service is providing by flipkart, , , i need my battery backup cover other wise i raise a complaint against the flipkart in consumer court...
