[Resolved] Flipkart — login issue - account freezed | |
I am not able to login my account. My account is freezed and i had received the email from [protected]@flipkart.com stating that your purchase history trend shows that you might be a reseller that's why you won't be able to login. I had replied to that email giving my explanations that i had ordered mobiles for my friends and relatives and there is no such prior intimation given by them that if you will order more then your account will get blocked. Also i am a flipkart plus member. I asked cc about the bonus coins that flipkart credited me to avail free flipkart plus membership, they told me that customers who are having good purchase history are getting these bonus coins. On 15 aug 2018, my purchase history was good according to the flipkart, the day i got bonus coins, but in september, they found flaw in my purchase history and they freezed my account. Isn't that ridiculous? I just want to have the access of my account again so that i can access atleast the invoices of my orders. Was this information helpful? | |

My account is freezed. I can't login. What can i do? It is written that I'm entering wrong password so I clicked forgot password. Again they are telling contact for customer service
