[Resolved]  Flipkart — login issue - account freezed

I am not able to login my account. My account is freezed and i had received the email from [protected]@flipkart.com stating that your purchase history trend shows that you might be a reseller that's why you won't be able to login. I had replied to that email giving my explanations that i had ordered mobiles for my friends and relatives and there is no such prior intimation given by them that if you will order more then your account will get blocked. Also i am a flipkart plus member. I asked cc about the bonus coins that flipkart credited me to avail free flipkart plus membership, they told me that customers who are having good purchase history are getting these bonus coins. On 15 aug 2018, my purchase history was good according to the flipkart, the day i got bonus coins, but in september, they found flaw in my purchase history and they freezed my account. Isn't that ridiculous?
I just want to have the access of my account again so that i can access atleast the invoices of my orders.

They have banned my account on completely baseless reason. I have asked them if you think i am reseller, you should block the further order so that i cannot order from flipkart anymore but you should not block my account. I want the access of my account to have to invoices of the order to claim company's warranty. I haven't saved it though i thought i can download it from flipkart anytime. Now i want the access of account. I want to access the invoices. But they are denying that once account is freezed we cannot unfreeze. But they have freezed it on completely baseless reason. They are not even able to unjustify my statement. They can block order but they should allow invoice access, account access, order history access.
