[Resolved] Flipkart — login issue in flipkart | |||
I am not able to login to my flipkart account through my old login id and password, though when I am clicked on recovery password, it's showing that unable to update your password, then flipkart asked for my aadhar card proof, so I attached my proof of address to flipkart service mail, since 10 months or so, I am not able to login to my account, but flipkart members telling that issue is resolved, but also same problem, worst service by flipkart, Was this information helpful? | |||

Recently flipkart blocked my account saying I have taken unfair usage of their token of apology policy. I called them a number of times and also wrote them a number of times, but they have no interest at all in giving any reason why they did this or what unfair usage I have done.

SBIPG QT[protected]FK is a transaction number showing in my account statement debiting Rs.1249/- but I don't know how this has been occurred . Please let me know for which product the amount of Rs.1249/- has been debited by the Flipkart Company. If so, please refund the money in my account urgently...This may have been done accidentally.
