Hi, My friend ordered a Spa cream (Loreal hair Spa Repairing Creambath )from Flipkart, we received the fake product and we informed the customer care. They said there is no replacement and no refund. We requested to resend the original and they sent again a fake product.They have taken the complaint but no response from past 2 weeks. What are we suppose to do with the fake product?
