Flipkart — marq 1.5 ton inverter 3 star ac is giving e6 fault and down for last one month

Sir,
A marq ac split invertor 3 star was procured in name of mrs suman sahoo (Wife), which invoice was attached (With contact detail) in photo vide order id od[protected]. The unit worked well for 2 month and on[protected] it went out of order with fault code e-6. Complain was lodged and ticket no. 9f18-36806anschi-9491718 allotted. On[protected], technician visited site and identified that indoor main card is out of order and required card replacement. From that day on wards i am repeatedly contacted marq customer care e-mail id, hot line number but no action. "card sourcing is in progress, please wait", their answer to my query.in mean while i contacted to head-cs and grievance vide e-mail id and on[protected], i got an e-mail from flipkart that the installed ac will be dismantled by jeeves service technician, packed and will be sent to their warehouse. After receiving the same, new ac will be send to me. From that day onward i am getting sms regarding technician visit for dismantle and rescheduling everyday. Even in sms it was intimate that you are tried to be contacted and will be contacted latter (Without a single call).
Sir,
1. Is it wise to dismantle ac which can be set alright with card, that can be sent in one/two day.
2. Secondly for each such card problem they will send a new ac as proposed this time.
3. How it will be wise to vent gases to environment as the compressor is not operable without this card.
4.in case of dismantling, why they are not refunding money instead of sending a new unit.
5. They may also charge installation after a new delivery as per flipkart site.
After all i am without ac for last one month and it may take months together for rectification of the same if such process continue.

Sir,
Up to Saturday, flipkart customer care executive intimated that control card is to be replaced by[protected]. But today local service person( assigned by flipkart) intimate me that they will dismantle and pack the ac .Though I have not interested for dismantling, as cited in my earlier request( environment issue is also one of the major point), I asked if they have any packing material with them to pack the AC. He has denied and stated that the old packing material will be used for packing. I intimate that only indoor box is available and outdoor box not available(was received in tore condition and finally it was damaged by white ant). Please help me out in this condition, as such big company do not have a service spare putting consumer in mental stress in spite of resolving a issue.

Till date machine is in down condition for one and half month. Flipkart CS is just killing time without any visible action. My message to all viewer, please be careful enough to buy any consumer goods Brand "MARQ" as they do not have any spares and do not give any on site maintenance as per my experience till now.
Height of service report without carrying out any job.
The franchise service(jeeves) reply without doing any work as follows.

This is exemplary of new height of service team with bold statement" we do not have any spare cards and only we do replacement. We don't pack and forward items and pick up at owner risk. we do not swap product at site. This is our height of servicing". Users of MARQ, please note above point which i have registered during my complain follow up action. Please go through my comment before going for a MARQ product. As I do not have packing material with me, i decline to send the product at my risk. Without attending my problem they just closed my complain. Thanks to consumer complain board to raise my issue.
