[Resolved] Flipkart — marq by flipkart 49inch uhd smart led tv | |||
I purchased the TV on 27th November 2018. it stopped working on 16th august for which the technician visited and requested the brand for replacement as the panel was not working. the replacement date was 17th september 2019 and i received a mail for customer id. i replied with by uploading my id. however i received a mail saying the details of the customer and the id didnt match, so i immediately replied by uploading my mother's id as the tv was purchased on her id. since i had no update regarding anything until i called on 25th September 2019 and i was informed that the replacement has been rejected. now noone either from jeeves customer support or from flipkart customer support is helping me with it and both customer supports are asking to call here and there by transfering the responsibility to each other. i have spent more than 4 hours on call talking to these executives but my problem remains unresolved at the bottom.
